Psychological QME Evaluations

Dr. Bita Nazarian is a Qualified Medical Evaluator with the California Division of Workers' Compensation. She conducts psychological qualified medical evaluations addressing the psychological components of industrial injury claims. Each evaluation includes record review, clinical interview, standardized psychological testing where clinically indicated including symptom validity assessment, and a medico-legal report addressing causation, apportionment, temporary and permanent disability, and future care needs. QME appointments follow the panel process established by the California Division of Workers' Compensation. QME evaluations are not conducted on a lien basis.
